NFEC is a non-profit organisation and a registered charity that aims to support the engineering and technology sector through impacting on strategy and policy change, and by providing pragmatic support to our membership in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning. This collective approach facilitates solving issues that individual Schools, Colleges, Private Trainers and Employers delivering training cannot individually solve by themselves. This includes making sure that National Standards, Learning Frameworks and Qualifications are sensible and that funding is appropriate for delivery.

Benefits of membership include:

The membership fee is probably the best investment you will ever make. One more successful student, one more additional student, one more student retained, advice on inspection issues, sharing of good practice to improve performance – all easily achievable and all for a small membership fee.

We want to encourage all colleges, employers, schools and work-based providers of learning in engineering and technology to join NFEC - and then we will be able to do even more for you and your learners.
